We have two boys, a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old. They love to play with each other, with superhero and animal figurines and stuffs, and love to learn. We mainly need a babysitter for last-minute situations when one or both of the boys need to stay home from school during a workday, from roughly 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There is no television in the house, and we encourage reading, legos, board games, and outside play. A typical day would be breakfast in the morning, getting packed-up/ready for school + drop-off. The mid-day is spent with the toddler until pick-up of the 5-year-old and dinner late afternoon. The ideal person would be able to take this scaffold and come up with a good schedule for the household for the week. Ability to prep meals for the kids is required and ability run errands (like grocery shop) or handle a load of laundry here and there is a plus.
