If you cannot afford preschool, or VPK is not your style, I can be the fun babysitter and teacher all in one. I'm available during the evenings after school and on weekends while parents are working hard or running errands. I have worked with children on the autism spectrum, with learning disabilities, and developmental delays. I am more than thrilled to help those in need of catching up to grade level; or your child and I can just have fun exploring the world through play. One-on-one or group attention available to the kiddos. I am a grown woman with a car and also do not mind helping out parents and taking kids to extracurricular events. Contact me at anytime for questions, concerns, and scheduling! I also can take care of animals such as cats and dogs. I have had both types of animals growing up and know exactly how to care for them (along with fish) if you have like-children pets and are going away and need someone to check on them, walk them, clean their litter box, and feed them, as well as administer medication for older and health compromised animals. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

In-Home daycare
I am a licensed home-based daycare in Winston Park, Coconut Creek, Florida. I have been a licensed childcare provider since 1997. I have numerous references to provide. Some of the reasons my current and past parents prefer home based daycare to a nanny or daycare facility include: 1. Small Ratio: I am licensed for 10 full-time children but only take 6. "My" children stay with me from birth until it is time for them to go to VPK. This ratio exposes your young child to other children to learn solicitation skills and allows them to have more one-on-one care. Your child will be treated with the same care they would receive from a close family member with the added benefit of light structure, solicitation, and compassion. The best example I can give is from serving meals. If your child is a fussy eater at daycare, the daycare has a strict time limit for lunch. If your child does not eat, the food is thrown away. Because I have a small ratio, I will work with your child and inform you of any concerns immediately. 2. Cleanliness: Visit my home. I have a designated area for the children that is immaculate. My entire home is immaculate. You will not find a daycare with the level of cleanliness I provide. This cleanliness passes on to your child's overall health. We do not wear shoes on the floor play area and toys are sanitized daily. 3. Personal Experience: Unfortunately, daycare workers typically earn minimum wage. As a result, there is high turnover in daycare facilities. At home daycare, you will see me and 1 substitute who is also a member of my family. No surprises. 4. Childcare Only: I'm not a nanny. I will not be running my own errands with your child in the car. I'm a home daycare provider so your child will be safe in my home or gated backyard. I'm not running any other businesses and I'm not doing my homework or studying for college while your child wanders around without supervision. There is no exposure to unknown adults and I'm not touching your personal belongings in your home. There are many benefits to home childcare and my home is under the same strict guidelines as a daycare facility. We submit to routine background checks and we receive frequent and unscheduled inspections from Broward Childcare Licensing. No one in my home smokes and we do not own pets. TOUR HOURS: Monday - Friday: 6-7pm Saturday/Sunday: 10am-12pm I do NOT accept ELC Vouchers.
