Full Time Fun Loving Nanny

Responds within a few days
Hello I'm 49 , I've been happily employed the last 6 yrs as a private nanny in Indiana & Florida. Helping family's full time, overnights , & with date nights . I really enjoy doing arts & crafts , games, puzzles , science experiments, cooking , reading, outside activities, as well finding fun things to do/ explore in the community . I believe children can learn best by hands on it helps build imagination, confidence& creativity .( you never know what I will bring for fun theme day/ week in my big Mary P bag ) I try to keep kiddos having fun being active& not just watching TV . I have 13 years experience in the school system working with special needs children & adults . I was active in the PTA, team mom , market day rep etc when my own were school age . I have been CPR certified for many years now. Everyday you can learn something new and have fun doing it . Thank you! I would love to meet you and your family!

We love having Kelley watch our boys! I don't know how she has so much energy! She keeps our two very energetic boys busy with CREATIVE crafts and outdoor fun! They normally fight a lot, but when Kelley is here they play together happily. After she leaves, they continue to play together without fighting. We appreciate that the toys are picked up at the end of the day so we don't have to do it after work. Kelley is such a blessing to our family.

Part-Time and Daytime Nanny

Responds within 5 hours
As a mother myself, I have extensive experience taking care of children. I feel very comfortable with babies, toddlers, and school age children as well as special needs children. Being trained in psychology, art, and an activity director, I have special skills to plan fun activities using art, music, dance, play, reading, outside play, imaginary fun and drama geared to each individual age. I also enjoy finding fun activities in the community such as story time, parks, museums, and walks on the beach. Children use play to explore their world. The language of play can help children learn skills such as spacial orientation, hand eye coordination, positive interaction skills, manners, and colors, words, and shapes. I feel that every child is special and unique. They all have things to teach us and they are a joy to watch. I have worked with children of all ages in hospitals, homes, and schools. Using a child's innate ability to play, I help children learn about their environment and help them grow emotionally and developmentally. It was never easy for me to leave my child with someone else and I hope that after you get a chance to meet me, you will feel comfortable that your child is with someone who is safe, nurturing, respectful, and kind. It is my goal to be an extension of the beliefs, values, and guidelines of each family. It is important that children have consistency, structure, fun, safety, and nurturing every day. I am committed to ensuring this with each child I nanny.
