My 7-year-old is special needs. She has cerebral palsy which, in our case, means she is mostly non-verbal and needs diapering. She is fully mobile and can play and keep up with any other kids, she just operates more like a 4-5-year-old. She uses her tablet to help communicate, and always has a smile. She is easy to get along with.

Hi! We are a family of 6 in Kingwood. We are looking for someone special to be our permanent babysitter for two of our children with a recurring schedule. i. e. Date night, short vacations, occasional overnight stays, etc. This is not set hours, but it will be continuous. We prefer someone who has experience with autism, but it's not required! I'm looking for someone to watch my 6-year-old daughter for 4-6 hours during the day while I sleep for work. As a nurse the days I work vary. I do work in a hospital setting BUT I'm a Labor & Delivery nurse & have had little to no exposure to Covid19. I've been trying to nap during the day & watch her since schools were closed but it's gotten to the point where neither of us are benefiting from our current situation & I NEED HELP. Temperance just turned 6 years old & is probably the sweetest little girl you'll ever meet. She is special needs as she has Cerebral Palsy. She has mobility limits but uses a walker & gets around on her own just fine. Her biggest need is assistance with toileting.
