Looking for part-time after school help in the afternoons (2:30pm-6:30pm) for our children (twin boys, age 3). Both boys are energetic, happy, and have been diagnosed with speech delay and sensory processing disorders. Their diagnosis means that they might need some extra care and attention while transitioning between activities. We do also have an older son (age 6) that might be home some of the time (when he is not attending his own events after school). For most of the afternoons, a parent will be home as well, so the expectation would be to help keep the boys entertained while mom or dad might be attending to other needs. Ideal candidate would been fun, patient, caring, and have some experience working with children with special needs.

Hello, my name is Ashley. I am a 30-year-old mother of 3 children. Ages 1, 5 and 6. We recently just moved to Jacksonville from NJ. I am to start working on Monday, the 17th of December. I am looking for someone to care for my children during my work hours as I will be working from home but need to stay in my office, noise and distraction free! My 5 and 6-year-olds are autistic, so experience with special needs is a plus. They are in school during the day however so the care will mostly be for the 1-year-old, and then depending on my shift, getting the other children off the school bus after school and tending to them until my shift ends. Also would like someone who may also be available for date nights. Flexible schedule would be helpful being that I do not know my work schedule as of yet. I only know my training for the first 2 weeks will be roughly between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Caregiver with more than 3 year of experience with kids with special needs. This person must have knowledge and background about autistic/special needs kids and be very patient.
