Fairly mobile C6 Spinal Cord Injury survivor looking for part-time AM homecare help Looking to fill 2-3 weekday mornings. Time and days flexible, prefer to get started between 7 and 9, will work with your schedule. 2hours per shift open to figure out more or less hours as desired. Need help with digital stimulation-based Bowel Program, showers, getting dressed, cleaning suprapubic catheter site, getting out of bed into manual wheelchair, getting set up for the day and some light cooking and cleaning. Able to train candidates on bowel program as long as comfortable performing it. CNA or MA experience preferred but not necessary. We have friendly dogs.

Looking for a part-time caregiver (evenings and weekends) for my adult daughter (24) who has Rett Syndrome. She is nonverbal, non ambulatory, and is dependent on her caregiver for ALL her needs. She is the sweetest girl you could ever meet and is very easy to care for. She weighs 75 lbs. so there is some lifting but I have a ceiling lift if needed. Evening duties would include: finishing her nighttime G-tube feed (training provided), reading books, listening to music, watching TV, and getting her to bed. I am happy to train the right person on all aspects of the job (very easy). Most importantly, I want someone who is eager to learn about her and will treat her like a member of the family.

Personal care attendant needed for a quadriplegic in the Arvada area. Responsibilities include assisting in personal hygiene, range of motion, assisted transfer to wheelchair, bathing and dressing. Experience not necessary family would absolutely be open to help train. Client is a 46-year-old quadriplegic male who suffered a spinal cord injury 26 years ago. With multiple college degrees he is still pursuing a professional career as a painter and needs your assistance to help start the day. Visits take place in a private residence with a young Labrador. Morning shift would start around 6 a.m. and last about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. (Possibly flexible on time start time if needed) start $26/hr (negotiable)

I need a kind and helpful person to come in and help manage our crazy schedule on Wednesdays and Thursdays of multiple kids needing to be in different places at the same time, and overall help making sure all the kid's needs are being met on these days. One or both parents will be home (working in another room) to answer questions and provide support. Daily cares we would train you to do include providing feeds, water boluses via g-tube, suctioning her tracheostomy tube, diaper changes, and working on various therapy tasks. Ideal schedule: Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and additional hours on Saturday or Sunday, but we are flexible.

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. I have one son with special needs. He is 20 months old and has Down Syndrome. He does not have major medical issues but does have special feeding needs. Our other son is 4 1/2 months old. N is high risk for illnesses so I would prefer someone who is not around other children who go to daycare.
