Days are structured, television time limited and my time is split equally among the children so that they each feel they are getting special individualized attention. Working with little ones and from my own experience as a parent, I have come to understand that children come into the world with a blank slate. Their experiences, environment, parents/guardians, as well as surroundings are what shape them into who they become. I feel our responsibility as parents and caretakers is to provide children with the best possible tools and choices so they are able to grow to their maximum potential. I believe that children should be given the ability to become independent individuals by setting limits with positive discipline, praise, and encouragement! My hours are from 7:00am-4:00pm; However I do offer care to fit your needs should you need care outside of those hours! I am Pediatric and Adult CPR certified and have all of my clearances as well as able to provide you with professional references. I run as a Business and am paperless as all billing/reports are conveniently done via an app for your convenience. Child tax credit available! Please keep in mind I have contracted hours with each family so drop off pick up times do vary. I offer Full Time, Part Time and Drop In Care.
