Once I got older, I began babysitting on my own, and I continued to do so during my high school and college years. During that time, I also taught dance classes for 3-year-olds to 8-year-olds at a local dance studio and tutored in an after school program at a nearby public school. Once I got my degree, I became a teacher. I worked for 3 years as the inclusion teacher for my grade level. This means that I had a normal classroom full of students that also included several students with special needs. Those three years gave me experience as a classroom teacher as well as experience working with many types of individual needs. Overall, I have extensive teaching, tutoring, and childcare experience that ranges from birth all the way to adults. In March of 2014, I got married and moved to the Lawrenceville area with my husband. At that time, I decided to step away from the traditional classroom and provide childcare full-time in my home. We are now expecting a baby girl in December. Once the baby is born, I will no longer be providing full-time care. However, my home will still be open for short term, daily, date night, and emergency care. At this time, I will not take sick children. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
