I am now holding interviews for 6 openings that I will have available. I am a certified Speech and Language teacher/ Reading teacher. With 29 years experience in the schools, I recently have been doing early intervention services in the Rome area. How does this program differ from others? I provide activities which are appropriate for the developmental levels of your child. As an early intervention teacher, I know each milestone that your child must complete in order to be successful. I work with parents to provide a comprehensive program which would prepare your preschooler for kindergarten. I provide fine motor, gross motor and language enrichment activities geared toward each child's background and experience. I can provide you with several references from families that I have worked with as an early intervention specialist. I provide before and after school tutoring services for school aged children. I provide healthy nutritious meals along with teaching each child daily living skills appropriate for their developmental levels. With thoughtful consideration, I have limited availability to no more than 5 children so that I can give each of them individual attention, love and meet their needs in order to prepare them for school. I am fully aware of the heightened curriculum standards that K-12 education places on each child.
