Feeding: She can eat on her own, just needs her meals prepped and served, the family does the grocery shopping based on a list provided by the caregivers.
Light Housekeeping: Dishes from meal prep, let her chihuahua out to potty
Bathing / Dressing: Changing into jammies at bedtime and helping with bathroom trips.
Companionship: Play card games (skip-bo, uno, etc), sit with her at meal time, watch family feud and other game channel shows, talk with her.
Medication Management: Family assembles pill packs, give to her at appropriate times.
She has Parkinson's and Dementia. She usually remembers who she is and recognizes family faces most days. She is a fall risk so she needs assistance moving from room to room.

Looking for someone who fits my grandmas needs and wants. She is an 85-year-old women who marches to the beat of her own drum and needs some help to stay at home. She is a huge P fan! She has Parkinson's and the start of Dementia. We are asking that some of the duties be, minimal meal prep for snacks and/or dinner, clean up of the dishes, bathroom/dressing assistance, interaction with her. She loves to play cards, loves to watch the game show channel, and also loves to sit and talk about anything! She has a Chihuahua puppy named Myla that would need to be taken on bathroom trips. Also making lists of supplies that are getting low, possible linen changes to bed, medication disbursement.
I am looking for a part time Nanny/babysitter for a 1-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl. Must be tobacco free and comfortable with a cat. I would also prefer, at least to start, to have my independent mother present as kids get use to a caregiver. My mom lost her sight after a stroke and has some slight cognitive issues, she will need no care from use as she has some vision and can even assist you in some childcare, she is just not well enough to watch them on her own. Times needed Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2 and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11. Possible need late morning and early afternoon Mondays.
