Also need someone who can reassure us that our children are okay and well via text, photos, etc. My boys are BOY boys. They are very active and busy. They like to play fight like puppies. The infant is very chill long as he's full, clean and gas free. My sons aren't potty trained yet, so pull up/diaper changes are still at large. They can be VERY picky eaters, but can tell you what they like and dislike through motion. They also can't talk very well but are taking speech classes. Z loves action so online movies is his friend and he'll let you know what he wants to watch but I want to limit his TV time and get him more focused on activities. Would love someone who can get them to focus and can read to them. We're looking for someone who has a lot of patience and love for children. That aren't just in it for money although we pay well. Someone who can maintain 2 busy bodies and a baby baby. Someone who is WISE and extremely nurturing. Love conquers all. We'd love someone we could potentially call family because the kids love them so much. You love our kids, we love you. We do not have public transit, would need someone with reliable transportation.
