About who needs care: My mother-in-laws is 83 years old and due to her degenerative eye disease shes not able to see very well shes in a wheelchair and she needs assistance going to the bathroom. Cleaning her and giving her things because she cant see. About the care needs: The caregiver must have patience, be caring, compassionate and be by her side to hand her things that she might need. She lives in Schaumburg in my sister-in-law Lauries house with her husband and (3) children. They have tried to be like her nurse but she needs help. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We are looking for a part time Nanny to come to our house in Schaumburg during the 23-24 school year. The hours will be 1:30 - 4:45. I am a teacher, so I am off for breaks and the summer. I have one daughter who is 4 (she will be 5 in September) and I will have an almost 3-month-old when you will start. We have two dogs as well, but they are not part of the responsibilities. Some weeks will be 4 days, some will be 5 days. My maternity leave begins in August, so we will need a Nanny towards the end of September/early October.

About who needs care: My dad has mobility issues; he walks with a walker but slowly. He also has dementia but is very friendly. About the care needs: My dad truly enjoys people so a bright friendly personality would be appreciated. He is very pleasant and appreciative of assistance. He was born in Italy and arrived in the U. S. as a child, Friendly would probably be the best fit. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.

We have a large home that needs bathrooms, kitchens and floors vacuumed and cleaned every other week. Then probably looking for a deeper clean in a certain area each time (one week could be inside windows, the next time could be cabinets, etc.)

My 41 y/o wife with cerebral palsy, is in need of a female part-time caregiver. Primary hours needed at this time are weekend mornings, and weekday afternoons (additional backup hours available as needed. Tasks include transfers, toileting, bathing, meal prep, changing clothes, running errands, cleaning & household tasks. Transportation is also needed at times. She works in education & is on break for the summer. School hours will be different. We have a newborn baby & will need some assistance her as well. About who needs care: My mother had her second knee replacement surgery on May 3. She spent several days in the hospital and then time in a rehab facility. She's been back home for a few weeks and had home health care until 5/30. As this was not as easy as the first knee replacement, her recovery has not been progressing as quickly and I need some help as I haven't had a real break in helping her in years. I could use someone to help spot her as she practices the stairs in the home and possibly taking her to her physical therapy or other doctor appointments until she feels comfortable driving again and regains her independence. About the care needs: My mother was a teacher and she loves communicating. If you prefer working in silence, this probably wouldn't be a good fit. She is a an amazing woman who loves to read, loves watching mysteries and true crime and almost anything on TLC. She was very involved with the local synagogue before the pandemic. She does have a long history of health problems, the biggest currently being congestive heart failure, diabetes and Celiac Disease. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
