I would like to combine guaranteed pay with additional hourly pay as needed. It's really some babysitting with scheduled drop-off and pick-ups. I will pay $1 per mile driven from my house anywhere the kids need to be driven. My kids are super sweet. We believe in laughter and a nurturing environment. We enjoy flexibility and understanding. My son loves to ice skate and play tee-ball/hockey. He really enjoys a video game partner. My daughter is about to be 3 and loves all animals. Pick-up and drop-off is important. Wrangling my daughter while my son does his sports on Thursday is helpful. We enjoy meals out and if you're with us, it's our treat as well. We do fun things like events, etc which you would join in on. One dog, a toy Australian Shepherd is around from time to time. She's very friendly.

We are looking for someone who is available on Wednesdays from 7AM-3 p.m. to care for our sweet 5-week-old boy, J. I will be home with him the first few weeks to ensure it is a good fit for everyone. He has severe reflux and requires to be held upright majority of the time. Experience with feeding difficulties/ reflux is necessary. Must also be CPR certified and good with dogs, we have two.

My S loves to read books, watch his favorite cartoons, play outside in the backyard and drive his monster truck. :) He still needs help getting dressed, with getting on and off potty and pull-ups on as he is in the middle of potty training. :)) He's 3 years old and can fully feed himself etc. We are looking for someone who has a lot of patience and compassion. Our family includes one cat named Grace she's a beautiful 9-year-old tabby she's an indoor/ outdoor cat.

We have a very comfortable home with several playrooms and are usually here during the time you would be helping with the boy, although once we feel comfortable, we would love to sneak out to dinner or a movie with our 5-year-old. Hi there! We have a 4-year-old son, 2-year-old daughter, and 4-month-old baby boy which makes for chaos on the weekends when we are all home. We're looking for an extra set of hands to help us get through this season of life! The job would be mainly in keeping the older two busy, fed, and happy so we could sleep in once in awhile and take care of errands. We'll mostly be home but it's a juggling act with birthday parties, sports, etc. so we're looking for someone who can go with the flow. Maybe one day is spent with the baby while my husband and I take the older ones to their sporting events, or one day we're all at the zoo together, or one day we're cuddling the kids if they're feeling separation anxiety and you're able to help out with dinner prep, etc. We'd love this to work out long term, maybe some date nights also.
