I am currently a stay at home mama & my husband works from home and is very busy during the week in addition to travel. We are looking for someone to consistently babysit at least one day a week and additional times weekly & on weekends. Our schedule is flexible but we are looking for someone who is dedicated. We are super flexible with days, times. However we are thinking every 2 weeks of regular cleaning & more hours will be needed on special projects like tile film cleaning 4x yr, leather lotion furniture 3x yr, etc. So we understand paying for extra services. We prefer having one dedicated cleaner no more than 2 cleaners. And we want the same cleaner((s) each time. Our last cleaner we had for over 10 years until she retired. She ended up being an extension of our family . Our home includes my husband & I, and our 3 older small dogs who are quiet & will not bother anyone. I think We have a very nice home & yard, & I like to keep it as clean & tidy as possible. We can provide all cleaning items also.... like new vacuum, commercial mop system, all non toxic cleaning sprays, dust system, etc. as you need. We are very flexible.
