About who needs care: My father is recovering from brain cancer and needs support during the day. Help with dressing, moving, bathing, motivation for PT. 180lb tall man, need a strong person. About the care needs: Looking for a kind person that just cares and is willing to hang out with him during the day. Conversation helps him a lot. He wants to be able to do things himself, but doesn't realize he's not quite strong enough. Looking for someone to help him do things himself safely. He lives at Briarcliff Skilled Nursing so the nurses there will do most of the work. But I'd still like someone that's will to help him use the bathroom, clean him, etc. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
