I offer a safe, smoke-free, and fun environment for children to grow and thrive, while offering peace of mind for mom and dad. I accept children from Newborn - Jr. High. If your children are in the Brennan Woods/Woodridge school area, I have a bus stop at my driveway. I've been caring for children off and on for 15+ years. I love being able to watch children discover new things and to enjoy being a child. I have flexible rates and offer sibling discounts. I will not offer child care to more than 4 children due to the fact that I like to focus specifically on a few children. I feel that any more than that, and I wouldn't be able to offer the quality care that I would demand for my own children. I keep daily records of what your child's activities included. I also prepare meals (breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack). I am cloth diaper friendly. I am married to my best friend, and am mother to 3 (13 year old stepson, 9 year old daughter, and 5 month old daughter). I also have a dog. She's a 3 year old yellow lab mix, and will be kept separate from the children in my care. I look forward to being a part of your family, and welcoming your children into mine!

Erin A. says "Very caring and attentive to not only the children's needs, but to the family's as well."

Hi, my in-home day care currently has two openings for full-time infant or toddler. The day care is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and provides a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Please email me for prices. A little about me, I am a highly experienced individual with over 20 years of experience with children of all ages. I have two grown daughters. Previously, when my daughters were younger I ran an in-home day care. Currently, I am CPR / First Aid certified, with a fully stocked first aid kit, fire extinguishers, and have emergency plans in place for fire or weather related problems. I think it is important to be able to give children as much one on one care as possible, thus the day care keeps a four to one ratio with the children at all times. I feel a smaller settings helps aid in the development of young minds which is why the home day care will be small. Additionally, the children will still get the interaction with other children, but they won't be fighting for attention like they would be at a bigger day care center. The main focus at our day care is to ensure all the children have a great day. We love to do crafts and plan fun activities for the children. Additionally, my house has a large backyard for the children to play in with my supervision. I think it is very important to let kids be kids. Learning and developmental skills are an essential part of the day care. These skills are incorporated daily. Whether it is through our educational toys or activities. I do NOT believe in spanking. I think a time out in tune to the child's age is appropriate. When children learn to be respectful of each other they carry that for a lifetime. I think the most amazing thing to see is a child learning new things each day. I would love to be a part of that with all of the children I watch. I know the feeling of having to be away from my daughter and working full time. I want to be sensitive to other parents in that area because I know how hard it is to leave your child(ren) with someone else all day. My home is newly remodeled and in a quiet / safe subdivision. If you would like to learn more or see my house please let me know. Thank you, Gina

I am offering a loving, caring, and positive atmosphere for children to grow and learn at my In Home Day Care. I am located in Fenton. I am 41 years old and I am married to a wonderful husband and we have 2 beautiful children (11 & 8 years old). I am looking to find 1 more child to watch. I am looking for an infant that is about 3 or 4 months old. I prefer them all the same age so that they are all on the same learning curve. I only take 3 babies at a time. I just got done watching three 4 year olds that have moved on to preschool in August, and I started watching them when they were infants. I am currently watching 2 babies, one is 3 months and one 4 months. And I hoping to find one more baby to fit in with our little day I have 20 years of experience working with children. I worked at a daycare for 4 years in the infant room. Then I decided to move on to be a nanny. I went through a nanny service and found an absolutely wonderful family with one 3 year old boy. I worked there for about 4 years. Then I was 27 and decided to go to school and got my license to be an aesthetician. I worked for a year. And I decided I missed the kiddos. So I went back through the nanny service and I found another wonderful family. They had a 2 yr. old and 4 week old when I started. We went on lots of outings, (parks, zoo, bowling, chuckie cheese) just to name a few. We also did lots of hands on activities like painting, play dough, gluing, and crafts. I worked with them for 4 yrs. I had my first child while working with them and was very blessed that they let me bring her to work with me. Then when I had my second child, I started doing In home day care. And found twins that were 10 weeks old and I watched them until they were 4 years old And went to preschool. Then I found the 3 kiddos that I just got done watching. Now they are all turning 4 and have went off preschool Some of the things we do are circle-time with songs and books, tummy time, we work on fine motor skills, shapes, colors, letters, numbers, etc. I also like to spend time outside if the weather is nice. I have a triple stroller we could use for walks. We do bubbles, chalk, swing, bikes and much more. And we love to dance and do arts and crafts! If you think we would make a good match and would want to schedule an interview, I would love to hear from you! My phone # is 314-255-3397

Hello, my name is Sarah Pugsley! My home childcare is located in my home in Fenton, MO, where I live with my husband, Shane, and my children, Rosie (2.5) and Cole (8 months). We have a fun and safe two-story home with a fenced back yard. I have been doing home child care since 2012, and before that I spent several years as a full time nanny, serving two different families for a few years each. I made the decision to work from home when my husband and I married, and I have been happy with my decision to do so every day since. I was raised with seven younger siblings, so child care was a natural fit for me from the beginning. I provide all milk and meals once children reach the age of table food (or baby-led weaning). My family eats almost entirely organic, and I prepare the same healthy meals for the children I watch. I am flexible to work with specific needs and schedules as needed in order to keep our routine consistent with your routine at home! I moved my childcare from Springfield, MO to the St. Louis area in 2014, and have had a waiting list since the beginning. It is rare that I have openings, but the group of children I started watching at that time has reached the exciting stage of preschool, and as they prepare to move on this fall I will be filling their spots with new families. It is a bittersweet transition, but I am looking forward to meeting new little ones in this process. Please, feel free to email, call, or text to schedule an interview. I would be happy to show you my home and childcare area, walk you through my contract, and answer any questions you may have.
