Our kids are wild but hilarious. They need patience and diversion, I'm not looking for someone to yell at them but rather play with them and help them to be more independent. We have two cats who are way too friendly. We're not super structured but try to sit down for dinner and always enjoy a good dance party. Our ideal caregiver: My ideal care giver is energetic and quick to jump in to help. He or she doesn't need specific direction to know how to help.
