About Zael

Hi! My name is Zael, and I've been babysitting since I was about 15-16 years old. Over the years, I've worked with many different families and children of all ages, which has helped me become patient, adaptable, and really understanding of each child's needs and personality. I also have a background in human services and have experience working with children and families in more structured settings, including supporting individuals with different needs such as autism and behavioral challenges. I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work at Howard University, which has strengthened my ability to communicate, stay calm under pressure, and create a safe, supportive environment. I enjoy spending time with kids, helping with homework, creating fun activities, and just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I'm responsible, easy to talk to, and I take pride in being someone families can trust. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your family!
