About Ava

Hi! My name is Ava, and I'm a caring and reliable babysitter with a strong healthcare background. I'm currently in college working toward my BSN, and I've completed my CNA training with hands-on clinical experience. I've worked with both children and older adults, including experience at a children's clinic near Shaw Metro, so I'm very comfortable in different care settings. I'm also a Conway Nursing Scholar funded by Children's National, which has helped me grow in patient care, safety, and communication. I have experience supporting children with autism and special needs through my RBT 40-hour training (certification coming soon), and I also have DSP experience working closely with families and clients. I'm patient, attentive, and understand how to meet each child's unique needs. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment, whether that's helping with homework, playtime, or just making sure your child feels comfortable and cared for.
