I worked as a nanny/babysitter for the past 23 years and half, with infants 0 months to 10 years, Twins or Shared, toddlers and young children. Yolanda took great care of our infant boy, talking and singing to him and bringing him toys.  She brings a lot of experience, charisma and fun to her work and we would work with her again!

Yolanda is an excellent nanny. She took care of our 3-month old 4 days a week for a month. She always came on time, did everything we asked her and put a lot of effort into entertaining him when he was awake. She is also great with sending pictures and letting us know how the day is going. We are sad we can not have her take care of our baby anymore but we are moving out of state.

Yolanda took care of our 18 month daughter every Sunday for a couple of months. She is punctual and dependable. Out kiddo had fun with Yolanda and we would hire her again!

We hired Yolanda for a three week stint during which we needed some extra help with our two kids (3 and 1 years old). She was kind, punctual, and our kids loved her! We would not hesitate to reach out again for babysitting.

Yolanda was an excellent nanny to our son for 6 months. She cared about our son's development, teaching him age-appropriate skills and bringing him new toys. She was dependable, punctual, and kept detailed notes so we were aware of his schedule. Our son was excited everyday to see Yoyo come and sad to see her leave. Yolanda has cared for our son full time from 5 months old. She is a very experienced, professional nanny who our son always greets with a huge smile. She is incredibly honest, hard working, and energetic, 100% focused on engaging him and keeping him safe. She takes him to the park and library, dances and bounces with him, reads him stories in English and Spanish, basically plays with him all day. She was able to keep him happy and entertained when we were all stuck indoors due to California wildfires. She has never been late and has always been flexible and accommodating when we needed her to work extra hours. Under her care our son sleeps better than ever and is always clean and happy when we come home. Yolanda always follows our instructions, making sure to clarify anything that isn't immediately clear,  and is always happy to lend her advice and experience as our son grows and changes. She keeps detailed notes every day. I can't imagine a better nanny than Yolanda!

Yolanda is an absolute gem of a caregiver -- just amazing. She cared for our 7 month old daughter and the 7 month baby across the street as part of a share care arrangement. 

Yolanda is a professional nanny. She is adept at caring for two children at the same time. She has experience with children of all ages and caring for children comes very naturally to her. Yolanda is loving and energetic. She is playful and attentive to the kids. Every day she had singing and dancing time where she played music and clapped and sang with the babies -- they absolutely loved it! She also took them out for walks every day, twice a day. 

One thing I particularly appreciated was how helpful she was in identifying all of the milestones our babies were going through and knowing what to begin incorporating at each stage. Our babies have blossomed under Yolanda's care in less than 2 weeks she had both babies sitting up on their own and drinking from a bottle by themselves. We couldn't believe it! 

Yolanda documented everything the babies were doing throughout the day and was able to give us a really good snapshot when we got home.

Our 4 year old son also adored Yolanda and got excited to speak Spanish and learn new Spanish words when she was around. 

Yolanda speaks mostly Spanish, but her English is quite good.

She is also utterly dependable. Yolanda was never late -- on the contrary, she was often early! 

I can't recommend her enough!

Yolanda has been the nanny for my son and my friend's daughter for more than a year and she is wonderful!  She started caring for them when they were about 5 months old.  They are now 19 months and have learned so much!  She is full of energy and totally devoted to taking good care of them.  She brings them to the playground every day, reads and sings to them, plays and encourages them to draw and paint, etc.  She helped transition both children from bottles to sippy cups and has been amazing at getting them on a consistent nap schedule.  She sends photos and always writes down everything my son does over the course of the day.  We are so grateful to her for her hard work and dedication to providing excellent childcare!

The closest thing to Mary Poppins you will ever find! Yolanda cared for our 1+ year old full-time for about five months. (My wife had a change in employment, so we didn't need a full-time nanny.) She was always cheerful and enthusiastic. She loves her work and it shows. She taught him so much and we are truly grateful. She is very professional and punctual. In addition to taking him to activities every day, she helped us keep up with housework. 


Yolanda was the nanny for our nanny share for four months.  She constantly engaged the children.  She brought them to the library, park, and out walking everyday.  She was diligent about tummy time, story time, and playing music for the kids.  She was always able to get D to eat, even though he is easily distracted.  She taught him to take a bottle and was able to transition him to the crib for his naps.  When entering into the nanny share, I was nervous that my son wouldn't get as much attention because he is so mellow.  This wasn't the case.  Yolanda did an excellent job of playing with both children, and could balance feeding one while entertaining the other. She kept a great record of what they had been up to all day.  Our son was always clean, fed and had a new diaper on when I got home from work.  
 It was obvious to me how much Yolanda loved my son.  It was really sad when our nanny share dissolved and we weren't able to keep her.  I would highly recommend Yolanda as a nanny because of the amazing care that she gave to our son.  Please feel free to contact me for more information.

I highly recommend Yolanda if you are looking for an upbeat and hard working nanny! Yolanda watched my daughter (1 y.o.) for the past three weeks while our nanny was out of town. She was great with my daughter - very engaged and attentive. She played music and danced with her, sent me pictures from their time at the park, and played on the floor with her. She wrote down all the minor details of the day (feedings, diaper changes, etc.) so I knew what happened while I was away. She has a high energy and positive personality. Yolanda was always punctual and kept the house very neat. Always going above what I even asked her to do. She also has excellent references from her many years of being a nanny.
