We honestly got so lucky when we found Leticia. She has consistently watched our two children (3.5 and 1.5 years old) biweekly for the last 7 months, and we couldn't be more happy with her. She is always on time, leads with curiosity, is open to feedback, and has built such a positive relationship with our kids. She's also incredibly communicative. Our children genuinely look forward to "Le Day" twice each week. And Leticia clearly gets so much joy from seeing our kids, which just makes this such a perfect match.
