My background includes a college degree, and I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. I hold a certificate as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) and have experience working in a hospital setting. I'm known for being patient, compassionate, friendly, and calm. I provide transportation, hospice services, and assist with errands, shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I respect independence while offering support. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and texts. I'm comfortable with pets and have my own car.
