With a decade dedicated to senior care, I'm passionate about fostering independence and well-being in the lives of adults and seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, hospice services, home health, personal care, dementia support, and medical management. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize respecting independence when connecting with care recipients. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Supporting families and making a positive impact are what drive me, and I look forward to bringing my skills and dedication to your family. I'm only available for evenings and overnight.
