Yadira is a wonderful nanny. I've never seen someone who is so great with infants; she truly loves it.  You would be a fool not to hire her.

Yadira has been our week night/weekend babysitter for our little boy, C. She is always on time/early, very reliable and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to childcare. My son C is 2 years old and adores her. He is always so excited when we tell him Yadira is coming over. She's very engaging, always jumps right in and starts playing with him. Cleans up after meal times, bathes him and puts him to bed easily. We never have to worry when Yadira is with him and when we wake C the next morning he's always talking about Yadira. I would recommend her with 5 Stars!!!

We are moving out of San Francisco and are very sad to lose Yadira. She is trustworthy, nurturing, kind, a positive presence and encourages development through singing, dancing, social interaction at parks, reading, etc. She is tuned into children's needs as it relates to schedules, sleep, diaper changes, eating, love, etc. She is collaborative with the family and discusses progress or changes to help the child. We are grateful for the time she spent with our daughter. Our family adores her. Yadira is our full time nanny and occasional babysitter. We hired Yadira to care for our son starting when he was 4 months old. I interviewed 41 nannies and YADIRA IS THE BEST! We are heartbroken we cannot employ her longer. She is an excellent caretaker, we truly love her, and she has made a tremendous impact on all our lives, especially my son's. When it comes to safety and the well being of our son, we trust her 100%. She has a lot of experience, and keen natural instinct as well. Yadira has a strong work ethic. She has never been late, not once. She is honest and reliable. She is very smart and creative! She kept our baby engaged and happy for 10 hours a day, M-F. She took him for walks, read books, sung songs, played games, and my son's face lit up every time he saw her! She also helped him work on developmental milestones like rolling over and crawling. Yadira does not get distracted, she's totally devoted. Yadira will be an asset to any family who hires her! She is a STAR, and we feel blessed to have had her in our lives.

Yadira has been wonderful in every way! She started when my boy was just 3.5 months old and he immediately took to her. Each morning when he sees her his face lights up and he gives her a big smile and reaches for her. She is sweet, loving, reliable, respectful, but most important she is amazing with our son. We have loved having her but unfortunately have to move and wish we could take her with us! Could not more highly recommend her!
