She's been with our family for the past year and has been looking after our son since he was 3 months old. Previous to that she was looking after our friend's son from when he was an infant until he went off to 1st grade (she was with them for ~ 6 years). She's very reliable and has always come on time. Our son really loves being with her and in addition to helping prep his meals, reading, and playing with him, she regularly takes him to play in the park and listen to stories at the library. When I was looking for a nanny I wanted someone that genuinely likes kids (and my son) and I have definitely found that in our nanny.
