About Wynter

I am a certified Special Education teacher, certified birth-12th grade,. I hold teaching licenses for behavior disorders, severe and profound disabilities, early childhood education, multiple disabilities, and Autism. I've taught children grades K-5th in a separate setting classroom with significant developmental and medical needs for 14 years with the same school district. Then I transferred within the same district, to the preschool program where I am currently serving as the disabilities coordinator (administrative role). My job is to coordinate special education services for children ages 3-5. I help parents navigate resources, doctor visits, and find resources in the community to assist their family. I have served in this position for 12 years now. My passion is helping children learn and grow with significant developmental disabilities.
