About Will

Over the last several year I've had the privilege of supporting my brother, who has autism, throughout his entire life. Being by his side has shaped who I am today--teaching me patience, empathy, and the importance of understanding people beyond surface-level communication. He's shown me a different way of seeing the world: one that values small victories, deep connections, and unwavering support. m passionate about giving back through direct support, using my personal and professional experiences to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Supporting individuals with disabilities isn't just a job for me--it's a calling rooted in compassion, respect, and the desire to help people live fuller, more independent lives. I'm committed to creating positive change and being a consistent, caring presence for those who need it most.
