About Raphaela

Hi there! My name is Raphaela, and I'm 29 years old. Although I have not yet worked as a senior caregiver, the seven years working as a nanny gifted me with the skills to be attentive, responsible, patient, and compassionate. In complement to my work experience with different families, I also had the opportunity to volunteer in a nursing home, which consisted of doing arts and craft, giving seniors good hand massages, listening to inspiring life stories, and being showered with words of wisdom! I met some great characters, who I still hold their memories close to my heart. As per my academic background, I have a B. A. in Psychology, which has given me knowledge to work with people with diverse psychological, emotional needs. I am currently working as a part-time nanny, and would like to combine it with a part-time job in senior care. I would like to work with a family who is gentle and kind, and that is open to work with someone with a big heart and who is eager to learn!
