About Kyra

Hello, my name is Kyra, I am a 23-year-old professional who recently moved to San Diego from Colorado. I am currently working as a part-time nanny, I hold a 2023 degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State. Some of my coursework focused on geriatrics, covering areas like adult development, middle age, aging, mental and physical health in late adulthood, and the complexities of death, dying, and grief. With a year's experience in an elderly care facility (in the dementia center), I primarily assisted during meal times while actively participating in various activities and offering personalized one-on-one support. I bring an outgoing, energetic, and compassionate approach, coupled with a passion for outdoor activities, crafts, and reading.
