Willow is always dependable, extremely attentive to my toddler, genuinely caring and employs a varied skill set to facilitate walks, nap/bedtime, bath, meals and whatever is on the agenda that day. I really appreciate their attention to communication and make me feel happy and confident to leave my 2.5 yr old in their care! So happy we met them
