About Warda

Dear Parent, I am excited to tell you a little bit about myself. I attend CSU East Bay as a microbiology major as well as minoring in Psychology at CSU East Bay. I believe a successful nanny is not only knowledgeable in their job but also caring, patient and compassionate. I believe that a nanny should be versatile and aware of each child's' needs and wants in addition to their cultural background. All kids are not the same, and the nanny should make it a priority to welcome the differences. As a babysitter, I've developed skills to understand the unique needs of each child that I have had the opportunity to work with. I've developed effective listening skills, offered positive reinforcement and encouragement to keep kids motivated in learning, playing, and being the best they can be.
