Virginia (goes by Stuart) nannied for my 6 mo old this summer and we were so lucky to have her! While she has many amazing qualities, what stood out to me most was 1) how much she truly cared about my baby. Lots of other Qualified people on this app, but when you see them interact with your can tell it's just a paycheck and they don't really live kids. Not the case at all with Stuart, she LOVES kids! 2) she is the most patient person I've ever met! My baby went through a lot of transitions this summer (and a few sick days) and Stuart implemented the solutions and routines we asked (even when it was not easy). We wish we could have hired her full time!
