About Violet

Hi! My name is Violet, and I have a degree in Psychology and Child Development, along with over three years of professional experience working as a Behavioral Therapist and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with children with autism and other developmental needs. Working with children has been a huge part of my life. In addition to my behavioral therapy experience, I spent six years coaching soccer for children with special needs, which taught me so much about patience, encouragement, communication, and adapting to each child's individual personality and needs. I'm energetic, compassionate, and dependable. I'm comfortable with everything from playtime, crafts, outdoor activities, and homework help to maintaining routines, preparing simple meals, and helping with bedtime. My background in ABA has also given me extensive experience with positive reinforcement, emotional regulation, communication skills and challenging behaviors.
