Hi! I'm Cali, and I have several years of experience working with children through both childcare and my professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. My RBT background has given me experience supporting children with different needs, personalities, communication styles, and behaviors while creating a patient, positive, and structured environment. I'm dependable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy helping children feel comfortable, understood, and engaged. I love planning age-appropriate activities, helping with routines, and keeping kids entertained while maintaining a safe environment. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, cleaning, organizing, meal preparation, and other tasks that make things a little easier for the family.
