About Elaina

Hi! I'm Elaina, and I have over three years of childcare experience working with children ages 7-12. As a nanny and family assistant, I've cared for up to four children at a time, including twins. I also have two years of experience as a personal assistant and two years of experience as a paralegal, giving me strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. I'm happy to help with homework and tutoring, transportation, meal prep, errands, scheduling, light housekeeping, pet care, and other family assistant duties. I have experience working with children with ADHD, which has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting to each child's individual needs. I have worked with high-profile families, so I value professionalism and discretion. I'm looking for a position beginning in early 2027. I'm hoping to find a family that values flexibility, as I plan to begin law school in Fall 2027 and will need a schedule that can accommodate my classes.
