I am a mother of two adult boys and take care of our three grandkids with my husband at our home on Tuesday/Thursday. I was a Psycho-Social OT for 10 years on a psychiatric unit; teaching arts, crafts and Horticulture. Being on the Harmony School Board, I built the first school wide Organic Garden to Cafeteria Program at School, in Occidental. I am a trained "End of Life Doula" and help create plans with individuals and help assist for graceful departures. I have many skills and interests to share including cooking and gardening/care for special needs. I am interested in Mindfulness and have been a morning meditator for more than half my life.
