I have been caring for individuals with special needs for 10 years. Five years ago, I was hired as a substitute aid in a Bay Area school district. I loved it so much that I applied and was hired full-time. My passion for working with special needs inspired me to enroll in college to obtain my bachelor's of psychology. Working as a Behavioral Aid opened avenues for extensive training opportunities. I am currently taking a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) course. I presently work in an ASD specific classroom which is a model classroom for evidence based practices in the state of CA.
