Hi, I'm Shay. I am fairly new to the Arizona area and I'm seeking a full-time or part-time (evening and weekend) nanny position. Professionally I've been caring for children for 13-plus years. My educational back is in special education. I've worked with children as young as infants through teenagers. I have experience supporting kids in their home setting, camp, school, and community setting. I have cared for children at different developmental levels. I believe each kid is unique and acquire unique support to help them reach their fullest potential developmentally. I find a lot of joy in being a positive role model and mentoring youth. In my free time, I enjoy running, biking, hiking, and exploring nature walks with my fur baby. I look forward to finding the next family I will be working with for a long time.
