I have hands-on childcare experience working with children ages 12 months to 12 years old, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one care and supporting communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies. I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing environment and using play-based learning and positive reinforcement to support development. I have experience assisting with routines such as meals, toileting readiness, transitions, playtime, and school-related activities, and I value open communication with families. I am currently a Doctor of Audiology (Au. D.) graduate student, CPR trained, and have my own safe and reliable transportation. I am comfortable with picking up and dropping off children, working in homes with pets, and I genuinely love playing with and caring for kids.
