About Tyler

I have always had a passion for working with children, which began during my high school years when I worked in child care. That early experience taught me responsibility, patience, and how to create a safe and supportive environment for kids of all ages. I went on to graduate from Washington State University, and after earning my degree, I became a Behavioral Technician. In this role, I developed strong skills in understanding children's needs, supporting positive behavior, and helping each child grow and succeed. I currently work at an elementary school in Magnolia, where I continue to build meaningful connections with students and support their development every day. I am kind, caring, and dependable. I strive to create a fun, nurturing, and structured environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves
