About Grmawit

Hi! My name is Grmawit, and I'm currently a student at the University of Washington with a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. I've worked alongside kids through teaching and lifeguarding at Goldfish Swim School, where I gained valuable experience creating a safe, encouraging, and fun environment for children of all ages. I also have previous experience in childcare and childhood development, and I truly enjoy fostering creativity, confidence, and learning in the kids I work with. I'm very reliable, patient, and flexible to each family's unique needs and routines. Whether it's helping with daily care, activities, homework, or simply being a dependable support system, I always strive to create a positive and caring experience for both children and parents.
