Did not fully review position, even after double confirming our needs "full time, live in" before the interview. I asked her to email information, she replied with her phone number. I text to set up a video call, she replied that she focus more on elderly care, called randomly to speak and get clarification on items I covered in the chat feature. Changed availability for interview multiple times. Does not speak fluent Italian, she said "parlo poco" which is part Spanish. After the call she text that she was not interested in full time or live in. Big waste of time.
