My name is Thidawan and I am from Thailand. I live in Arlington, VA with my son who is 18. I have traveled around northern United States before settling in Arlington around 2003. I have worked at a local Thai restaurant from 2003 to 2008 becoming the head chef before moving on to another career. I started babysitting part-time and found that I really enjoy this change. Recently I was a personal chef and babysitter for a prominent Doctor's family in Virginia, working with this family since 2013. I also have two other families that I work for occasionally. I enjoy my new career working with younger kids, helping them to learn new things by playing board games or taking them to the playground (when the weather is good), or even reading stories to them. It is fulfilling and reminds me of raising my son, which is one of the best joys in my life.
