I cannot recommend Kaitlyn highly enough. We hired Kaitlyn to watch our 5 month old (at the time) and she's been working with us for several months now. Kaitlyn is absolutely amazing with our little one by meeting her needs, being interactive and a great teacher. She challenges her and is even teaching our baby sign language! She is always on time and often early, keeps things tidy and great with our dog too. She's amazing and would recommend her to family & friends.
