About Theresa

Hi! I'm Theresa. Caring for children has been my passion for over 25 years. I'm a mom of five (ages 21, 18, 16, 14, 12) & have experience with children of all ages. I graduated from St. Joseph's University with a degree in Elementary Education. Before graduating, I was a Lead Teacher at Tutor Time, caring for infants-preschoolers. I then taught elementary school for five years before deciding to stay home to raise my family. During that time I continued to substitute prek-8th. Today, I'm the Lead First Grade teacher at a homeschool co-op. As a parent, I know how hard it is to trust someone with your child. I provide a safe, loving environment where children feel heard, respected, and encouraged. My approach is patient, child centered, and consistent, with loving boundaries that help children thrive.
