Caring and nurturing children is my passion. Since retiring, I have been devoting my time to children by volunteering for UPMC Day Care caring for children 6 weeks to 18 months old. I was privileged to volunteer at The Children's Home of Pittsburgh and Mario Lemieux Family Center. There I was holding preemies and infants just out of the NICU. I also have cooking classes for children privately and held classes at Williams Sonoma. I interact with the children by singing, reading, playing and teaching. Creating a bond with children is especially important to me. I'm creative with play, patient, very energetic and reliable. Plain and simple I love kids. I will care for your children just as I would care for mine. I am currently renewing all of my clearances to work with children.
