About Olivia

Hi! In 2023, I graduated from Otterbein University with a degree in Allied Health. I am now in a doctorate program for occupational therapy at Chatham University. I started babysitting in middle school and continued all through high school. I then worked as a nanny and baby-sat throughout college. I also have experience volunteering in the young infant room at a daycare and interning with children in a health setting. I have taken some classes in college that are very useful when working with children, like Lifespan Development Psychology and American Sign Language! In graduate school, I took more developmental pediatrics classes and completed fieldwork at a local elementary school. When working with children, I prioritize hands-on activities and going outside. I love reading, drawing, and doing crafts with them. Kids are naturally curious and eager to learn, and I think it is so important to encourage that!
