About Thalisha

Helping children and young people build confidence, independence, and practical life skills is at the heart of my work. With over eight years of mental health experience as a CBT therapist and mental health nurse, I now specialize in executive functioning coaching and mentoring. I support young people with organization, time management, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and daily routines. My approach is warm, person-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs and strengths. I aim to build trusting relationships where young people feel heard and understood, while providing the structure, consistency, and clear boundaries they need to grow. I encourage independence by breaking challenges into manageable steps, celebrating progress, and building confidence. I value open communication and collaboration with families. My goal is to equip young people with the practical tools and confidence to navigate everyday challenges, develop autonomy, and become more independent.
