Tessa has become part of our family. From her warm, playful demeanor with our boys to her frequent communication and willingness to be flexible with our weekend plans, she is absolutely wonderful. Tessa really surprised me. We were doing an event in our church and at the last minute our babysitting couldn't show up. I worried that we wouldn't have enough toys to keep the little ones occupied, but she showed up with two boxes of toys and a tablet with a game on it that the kids loved. She was amazing! Will hire her again.

Tessa really enjoys being around children.  She is very dependable, loving, and interactive with them. Children enjoy being around her and will ask to see her when she is not with them.  Tessa is good with following the wishes of the parents.  

 It is my pleasure to recommend Tessa Monique D. as a nanny. She took care of our strong-willed son at 3 and a half, our daughter at 20 months and our two pups. Tessa devotes her full attention to children and dogs. I was hesitant in bringing someone to care for all of them at once, but Tessa gave us a peace of mind.  
	She sends pics and updates you on everything throughout the course of the day. There is no doubt she loves her work. Despite her workload, she is always on time too.  Tessa is dependable! I never worried about the safety of our children and pups when they were with her. She always respected the children, yet was able to discipline them appropriately when needed.
