About Kristen

I'm Kristen and I have been caring for children for as long as I can remember. I connect with children easily. I worked for families and daycare center, where I was trained to work in the infant and toddler room, as well as k5. I worked everyday with these kids, I cared for 4 infants some days and other days I cared for the toddlers. I was trained to prepare healthy snacks and meals, keep a steady nap time schedule, creating activities as well as making bottles and handling breast milk properly, I learned how to properly change diapers and handle rashes properly. I also kept a organized schedule of all things I did with each individual child. I have certifications for early childhood development, safety and health regulations. I love working with kids. I'm caring, patience, and I listen to children to understand. I want them to know that their feelings are important in anything they do and allow them to use their voice to help me understand what they need from me as a care giver.
