About Kristen

I'm Kristen and I have been caring for children for as long as I can remember. I connect with children easily. I worked for families and daycare center, where I was trained to work in the infant and toddler room, as well as k5. I worked everyday with these kids, I cared for 4 infants some days and other says I cared for the toddlers. I was trained to prepare healthy snacks and meals, keep a steady nap tile schedule, creating activities as well as making bottles and handling breast milk properly, I learned how to properly change diapers and handle rashes properly. I also kept a organized schedule of all things I did with each individual child. I have certifications for early childhood development, safety and health regulations. I love working with kids and I'm caring, patience and I listen to children and want them to know that their feelings are important in anything they do and allow them to use their voice to help me understand what they need from me as a care giver.
